• Recommending competent contractors or craftsmen.
• Establishing of estimates scrupulously respecting your expectations and constraints.
• Organising and managing the work in your villa or apartment.
• Coordinating the contractors.
• Attending job site meetings.
• Supervising the work and send you regular progress reports and see to observance of the specifications initially established between the contractors and you.
• Submitting a thorough and detailed report when work is completed. The property is inspected for quality of fixtures, fittings and (where applicable) furnishings
