Cleaning & changeover services
Cleanliness is paramount to a successful rental property, to ensure that your home always looks its best we provide cleaning services. After your guests visit we will complete a full clean comprising of:
- Cleaning of all services and appliances.
- Swepting and mopping throughout the property
- Cleaning, dusting and polishing of all the furniture.
- Changing of all linen. Linen will be laundered ironed and sorted in anticipation of your next guests.
- Making sure there are sufficient toilet rolls, light bulbs.
- Checking that all appliances are in full working order and all china, cutlery and utensils are in good condition.
We offer an extra mid-week clean if requested by your visiting guests, at their expense.
